JPM, Holiday World, Avda Touroperador Tui, Campo Internacional, Maspalomas. It is one of the largest clubs in Gran Canaria. 2000 people can dance here to the rhythms of the dance, hip-hop or Spanish pop music. There are regular themed nights at Saturdays, such as Mexican or Hawaiian parties.
Chic & Cream, Plaza de Maspalomas, Playa del Inglés. It is another club at the CC Kasbah, associated with Cream in theUnited Kingdom. Casino Tamarindos, C/Las Retamas 3, San Agustin. If you are not a fan of clubs or bars, the casino might be your best solution for nightlife in Gran Canaria. Kiss, Centro Comercial, Puerto Rico. It is a biggest club in Puerto Rico and situated in the former club Fibber Magees site.
Chinawhite, CC Kasbah, Avda de Tenerife, Playa del Inglés. The minimalist decor, R&B and hip-hop music attract lots of visitors, including many locals. The bar works daily from 10pm to 4am.
Las Palmas nightlife spots
Jellyfish, C/Pelota 16, Vegueta. It is one of the newest club in Las Palmas with the mainstream house music. The crowd is 25–45 years old.
Floridita, C/Remedios 10–12, Triana. It is a large old house with a garden out back and the Latin and Caribbean atmosphere. The music is a pure salsa, Latin hits and Spanish pop. A crowd in Floridita is older, around 30-50 years old. There is no cover charge, but drinks are expensive.
Cuasquías, C/San Pedro 2, Triana. It is one of the best places for listening to live music in Las Palmas. The music varies from jazz to Latin, rock or funk. You can also enjoy a game of pool. There are not many people on a regular day, but the place gets crowded at weekends.
Pacha, C/Simón Bolivar 3, Santa Catalina. It is a part of the world’s famous club empire and the hottest place on the harbour. The crowd is a little bit more mature than usually in the clubs. Pacha is open from 11pm till the early morning, as it is getting filled by the people late at night. The admission is free, but the drinks are quite expensive.
Dojo, C/Presidente Alvear 69. It is one of the newest nightspot in Las Palmas with cool decor and is preferred by those, who like to party till the morning. Although the club opens at 0.30am, many people come here even later. The Dojo closes at 5am, but sometimes works longer. The admission is free and there are many themed parties in the club.
Wilson, C/Jose Franchy y Roca 20. Near the beach of Las Canteras, Wilson can guarantee a party everyday with a different program. The place can offer local DJs, karaoke bar, go-go dancers, themed nights. For those who are getting tired of dancing, there are plenty of comfy couches.
Las Brujas, Barranco Seco, on the way to Tafira, about 10 minutes from the Old Town of Las Palmas. A huge 16th century mansion was converted to one of the best spot for nightlife in Gran Canaria. There are many small rooms with the comfy couches in the place, where you can eat or simply chill. On the outside there is a terrace where young and older people like to party till the early morning. At weekends you can take a free minibus from the centre of Las Palmas to get to Las Brujas.
Treinta y Tantos, C/Franchy Roca. It is a favourite place between people in their thirties. Treinta y Tantos is not the biggest place in town and usually is filled with guests. The music is Spanish and international hits mainly from the 80s and 90s.
Soultrain, C/Mendizábal 37, Vegueta. It is a very popular place between the local youth. If you are a fan of R&B and black music it is a perfect nightspot for you. The admission is free and drinks are cheaper or even half-price till 1.30am.
